WhatsApp Scheduling Agent

From a WhatsApp message to a confirmed appointment. One agent checks availability across several calendars, books the slot and keeps double-bookings from happening.

Objective

Scheduling was the bottleneck. Appointments were booked by hand over WhatsApp, availability was spread across several calendars, and double-bookings slipped through.

An agent that talks to the lead on WhatsApp, understands what they need, offers the times that are really free and books the appointment.
